1.Take computer screen shot without any software:

If you want to take a screen shot of Windows computer, then you can take it very easily and there will be no need for any kind of software.

First click on Start button, then search snipping tool and open it, after that you take a screen shot of your computer.

2.Manage Programme Easily:

We always do multiple tasks on the computer. There are many times when we have to switch from one program to another, in that we use mouse. Doing this again and again also wastes our time. You can do this very easily which is a professional way. You will be able to easily switch the program using the shortcut key given below.

3.Minimise and Maximise Easily:

Sometimes we are running Facebook and suddenly some pictures come on our screen which we feel very embarrassed when we see our family members. Or it also happens when you are typing something and suddenly someone comes, and you do not want to show what you are writing. So you minimize the screen. But it takes a while to do it with the mouse. But you will be able to do this very quickly with the help of shortcuts.

4.Restart & Shutdown Computer from Keyboard:

If you use a computer, then you know that after using a computer always it has to shutdown and sometimes you have to restart if necessary, if you want to shutdown the computer or laptop without the mouse, you can do it at all.

So for that, first you press ALT + F4 key simultaneously from your keyboard, then you will get a popup, simple of which you click on OK, then your computer will shutdown.

5.Hide files and folders in Windows computers:

If you want to hide a file, folder or photo video on your computer or laptop, then you can do that work without any software, you have to follow just a few steps for it in a very easy way. First, right-click on the file or folder you want to hide, then click on Properties, after that you have to click on Hide and click on Apply.
