What is Google?

THE GOOGLE

When we normally talk of finding information on the internet, the most familiar search engine that comes to our mind is Google. For years Google has established itself and occupied more than 70 percent of the market of search engines. No other company must be having such a huge amount of data like this software giant has. Apart from that many of us are familiar with other Google products like Gmail, Youtube, Android, and Google Maps. But many of us don't know that Google has 257 different products.
A few years back when Sundar Pichai became the CEO of Google, he had explained in an open presentation various Google products to the world. Still, the perception of a common man is Google means just a search engine. Mainly this has happened because we have got so much familier to Goggle logo to search something unknown. In same way we are connected to the Microsoft products like MS Word, Excel and powerpoint about 30 years ago. So we feel uncomfortable to switch over to other products like Google Doc, Google Sheets,Google Slides.
All Google products are free for personal use. As a case study for the efficiency level, if we compare MS Powerpoint to the Google Slides, G-slides gives us the advantage to import and export graphics, text, PDF or even Powerpoint Presentations. MS Office needs MS Windows platform which is not the case with G Slids. Google files are easy and faster to upload on the internet. As a curiosity, it is worth trying Google products.
